After the google has introduced the Android 12 all the smartphone companies like Samsung, Motorola, Realme, Xiaomi and Vivo are launching Android 12 for their devices. Android 12 consists of a better UI experience and a improvised performance and so many upgradations for the smartphone. Now Sony has also joined the lineup and became one of the smartphone company to launch Android 12 for its devices.
The company has released the stable update of Android 12 for its devices which are the Sony Xperia 3rd Generation and Sony Xperia 5 3rd generation. The build version of the stable Android 12 update is 61.A.1.149 which is using the December's security patch update. Currently only the users who belong to Russia are getting this Upgrade of Android 12.

Sony has only released this upgrade version for the Asian dual Sim smartphones whose version will be XQ-BC72 for Xperia 1 III and XQ-BQ72 for Xperia 5 III. Sony has not released the update for its worldwide users but they will get it soon. The features which Sony has introduced with the update are same as the Original Android 12 update. Sony will firstly improvise it and after that introduce the stable Android 12 update for its worldwide users.
The company has improvised the UI in the update for such larger displays of Sony Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III. Google has also introduced new OEM with the update which company is providing to its users. If you are using any of the above smartphones and belong to Russian region than you can check out the update by going on to Settings >> Software update >> if it is available than select Download and install.
The update will require at least 60% battery level so make sure that your phone will be properly charged. After updating you will get the access to the features like the improved UI, Privacy and Security, Long Screenshot, One hand mode and Material You. All these features are totally improvised in this upgrade of Android 12 in Sony Xperia 1 III rd Generation. and Xperia 5 III Generation.
